Did NOT work for me. Just concerted my sugar levels and left me with very high reading. Works for some but not others.

Welcome aboard.

Surf net for Intensive Dietary Management. Also learn about glycemic index and glycemic load. You have to find out low gi gl food. Simple starch to be avoided completely. Complex carb better but if you are a diabetic take as low carb as possible in divided doses. Also learn about Intermittent Fasting.

I noticed that good results seem take 28 and very good 60-90 days stay on board for a very long time!!

Bro. Any grain increases bs in my case. Even oats. So i'd recommend to use long wheat, quinoa, barley oat etc only after watching their impact on bs. Whole milk is not recommended but hung curd. Even beans and lentil shoot up my sugar. It's really very difficult to restrict intake to 35 g per meal if these substances are taken singlly or in combination imho.

I don't know what is barley ripe banana but "no " to ripe banana.
