I am suffering from this deasease since last 10 years.

I have used alopathic medicine and ayurvedic too, but no positive result.

I am 46 yrs old and weight around 103 kg.

vegetarian.

Pls suggest me ...

What are your last FBS,PPBS,RBS and HbA1c?

Please,give details about your daily diet plan,medications and test reports then only people can advice you properly.

Sir,

Don't worry about diabetic.

To reduce your weight from 103 to 90 kg, in 50 days-do the following:

1) Sit and fold your legs and eat all 3 times .

2) Close your lips and make the food in paste form when eating ( For better saliva

secretion ) Do it slowly.

3) Don't drink water before food-"HALF AN HOUR"

at the time of eating AND after eating a meal,or a breakfast, or a dinner.( This "HALF

AN HOUR" is must for 100% utilization of HCL secretion in the stomach )

4) Add all six taste in every meal if possible.

5) This will Improve the rate of digestion to maximum.

6) Do some warm up exercise for 10-15 min.if possible.

See the wonder of loosing weight up to 15 kgs in 50 days.

THEN MANAGING DIABETIC IS VERY EASY ....

You can ONLY eat ,When you are HUNGRY .
