fruit juices are not advisable to drink instead you can eat fruit directly as it will not increase your sugar level
The fibre in fruit carries the juice in the form of small balls and when it reaches to your stomach it will take some time to release the sugar in blood and by that time it is digested so very less impact on glucose level whereas fruit juices are without fibre directly goes in stomach increase glucose level in very short time.
