Your Fasting Blood sugar is indicator of your glycemic load averaged in in 24 hrs.

why FBS is above despite taking medicines. simple reason is that we are not in control of high glycemic foods we are taking during 24 hrs.

so by omitting foods which increase your PPS at 2 hrs more than 140 is bound to decrease your FBS.
