I think salad and vegetables (suggested by Mr.Gangadharan Nair) before lunch and dinner will help to reduce BS cosiderably.

Consult a hospital and bring down the sugar level to reasonable levels. Then of course you can adhere to various life style methods like LCHF diet, exercise etc. as discussed in this forum frequently.

Check your components of meal/ dinner. If you are taking High carbohydrate meal, try to change to Low Carbohydrate meal like whole wheat flour Roti, Chapathi, pulka prepared without any oil. Use a lot of leafy egetables; avoid roots/tubers like potato, carrot, sweet potato, raddish etc. Include pulses like turdal, bengal gram, black gram, etc.

In addition to this have blood tests like Hb A1c and kidney profile. Your doctor may change the dossage of your medicines depending on the test reports.

If you are in the habit of surfing through internet, gather some more information on how to manage diabetes. You can reduce your medicine if you take a little care in your life style. Walk for one hour each day.
