I am a type 2 Diabetic patient along with alleopathic medicine,i am taking Karella Jamun juice is it ok if any one has suggestion pl advise.

Please try PANEER KA FUL soaked 9 beans in the morning. U will definitely get benefit. I hope and wish u will get relief from medicine. If u hv heavy BS than also take soaked beans in the evening.

I beg to differ. I'd not suggest use of paneer ka ful or paneer doda.

If you are seeking to know whether karela jamun juice is OK, the answer is YES. But, fenugreek ( methi) is also good.

The main thing to control diabetes is to reduce carbs to less than about 100 gms per day. Avoid wheat and its products,

Other things which are essential to maintain a good health are the following

Increase your fat intake by taking butter, ghee, olive, olive oil, avacado, eggs ( egg yolk with milk and eggwhite-fried)

Use coconut oil or avacado oil. Do not use Canola oil, vegetable oil.

Last intake for the day should be atleast 150 minutes before going to bed.

Exercise for atleast 150 minutes per week. It can be as simple as walking, walking up and down a staircase.

Do not use any direct sugar and processed food product. Use Stevia instaed,.

If your grandmother can not recognise the food item do not eat it

Eat what comes from plant and NOT what is made in Plant......
