No one diet suits everyone. We are all different, so I suggest you get tested by a reputable bio-energetic tester or kinesiologist or even better get someone to teach you/learn to test yourself or dowse yourself for what your body needs. There is so much information out there, but it does not suit everyone and it can drive you mad trying to find what is right for you and certainly damage your bank balance!
Beans yes. Carrots NO.
You need to restrict carbs to around or less than 100 gms per day. Your complete food intake counts in this. Increase your fat intake Fats can be ghee, butter, cheese, ( Cheddar preferable), eggs, ( egg yolk not to be fried), olive oil, olive, avacado. Use coconut oil instead of veg oil.
