No one diet suits everyone. We are all different, so I suggest you get tested by a reputable bio-energetic tester or kinesiologist or even better get someone to teach you/learn to test yourself or dowse yourself for what your body needs. There is so much information out there, but it does not suit everyone and it can drive you mad trying to find what is right for you and certainly damage your bank balance!

Carrots can eat half to one but also count carb intake. No to carrot juice.

You need to restrict carbs to around or less than 100 gms per day. Your complete food intake counts in this. Increase your fat intake Fats can be ghee, butter, cheese, ( Cheddar preferable), eggs, ( egg yolk not to be fried), olive oil, olive, avacado. Use coconut oil instead of veg oil. Do not use wheat and wheat products in any of its avatars in the form of processed food. Take fresh home made juices.More preferred would be tomato , cucumber juice. Limited quantity of carrot and beet root juice. (The remains of the extract not to be thrown, but added to the juice). Use millets.

Atleast 150 mins of exercise per week; it can be walking, brisk walking, jogging if knee joints allow. treadmill or simple up and down the staircase. HIIT is better that simple exercise.

An exposure to Sun between 11.00 to 14.00 hrs is very beneficial to health.
