A diabetic should be well aware of what he is eating, how much he is eating and the quantity he eats in each meal. You cannot eat sugar, sweets, sweet fruits like mango, banana etc,and root vegetables like potato, sweet potato, beet etc.You have to reduce consumption of rice and wheat to the maximum extent.Eat more of vegetables, greens and sprouts that give us vitamins, minerals and fiber.

We should be aware of how much food we are eating per day and we should involve in physical activity and exercise so that all the food is spent up on the same day.Other wise there could be weight gain and diabetes may become more acute.

A diabetic should not eat heavy meal at any time. So,instead of three meals a day have five or six meals in smaller quantities. The body will manage the food with out raising the sugar levels.

Within these broad suggestions, you have to work out a meal plan that suits your taste, eating habits etc.

As I understood the 'e' in eAG stands for 'estimated' and the estimation is done using a formula. That is why you used the word 'mathematically' I suppose. Otherwise, if I were to say, I would have used the word 'experimentally'. When I 'estimated' the AG I got a different number. That is why it was quoted.

Even though the table in the site you quoted gives 126 for 6%, the calculator provided there gives 125(?!!).

I mentioned about 'population' & 'sample' in my comment. It is felt that those are important. For deriving all the three formulae, the blood samples would have been drawn from diabetic persons. Depending on the severity of their illness the readings would have been different & that would have influenced the constants of the formulae.

Hence in my case none of the formulae is applicable because I am already cured of diabetes. There is no formula to find eAG in the case of a person who is cured of diabetes or who is not a diabetic. For that purpose someone should draw blood samples from a few hundred or thousand non-diabetic persons and develop a formula.

All the three formulae giving eAG that do not match with my FBS,PPBS or average of it is another proof for the fact that I am cured of diabetes.

My congratulations for knowing more things, but knowing the required thing is more important.

I know that is the problem. You exposed yourself & your intention by using the word "cheat".

There can be people better than you & me. You need not believe me, but please read this section onwards of my article appropedia.org/Diabetes_mel... and the SCIENTIFIC PAPER PRESENTED AT THE American Diabetes Association in June 2011 ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... .

We will discuss after that.

IS ALOE VERA COMPATIBLE TO EACH PERSON'S BODY SYSTEMS? MILK AND WHEAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT WELL DIGESTED BY PERSONS HAVING BLOOD GROUP '0' & 'A'. SIMILARLY, ALOE VERA IS WELL SUITED TO PERSONS IN BLOOD GROUP 'A' ONLY. HENCE, IT MAY BE HELPFUL TO ALL PERSONS HAVING BLOOD GROUP 'A' AND NOT FOR OTHERS.
