For past 5-6 years my fasting value comes around 89-95 mg/do and pp around 74-91. HbA1c rose from 4.9 to 5.2 to 5.4%. what is my status reg diabetes. One parent was diabetic. How can I reduce HbA1c. What is to be done.

You are already in good condition. Why should you decrease ? is you doctor telling your fasting should come less than 89 ?
You are NOT diabetic. However now a days doctors want to make everybody diabetic to enable them to prescribe and get commission from pharmaceuticals. So do not worry you are fine. Live happily.
