i am a diabetic and on medicine for two years. presently i am using glimipride tab during lunch. any suggestions further for improvement

First of all, do you have diabetes type 1 or type 2?

What are your fasting and postprandial blood sugar values?

What is your HbA1c?

Are you overweight (see this site to calculate your Body Mass Index nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educat... )?

Are you exercising on a regular basis?

Are you following any diet?

no medicines required more vegetables good walk and peaceful mind i am an example i was diabetic with 600 dont worry i am normal now no medicines needed

Are you still testing your blood sugar, deevige ? What did your doctor say about the "no medication"?
