HbA1c-same patient but different labs and different results!

However,samples were taken on two consecutive days viz 11/11 and 12/11/2016 but results are 4.5 and 5.87 showing unbelievable difference.What can be reason behind it?

If it is like that what about other parameters. We are taking treatment with the report as base and with such variation we may end up with wrong treatment.
