Heartbeat 54 per minute

I am diabetic from April 2015. Now my diabetes is well control. Last A1c was 5.6. fasting sugar was 86 on sunday. My blood pressure are 139/82 and heart beat 54 per minutes. I am 45 year old. I want to know about any complication abour heartbeat and blood pressure . Kindly suggest.

Are you on any BP medicine ? Some of them may reduce pulse.

Nothing wrong in having low pulse rate if it is not related any cardiac abnormality.

not taking any allopathic medicine. only taking homeopathic tinospora cordifilia mt and gimnema sylvester tincture mt.

I know some people with low heart beat. They are very healthy.

How did you got control of diabetic? Is because of using homeopathic tinospora cordifilia mt and gimnema sylvester tincture mt. or allopathic medicines ?What was your FS and PPBS when you were detected as diabetic in 2015?

I am never take alopathic. only by homeopathic and jamun vinegar. My FS was 252 and PPBS was 355 when declare diabetic.

Hi Anilroy,

You can try Ayurvedic medicine Arjunarishta or simply Arjun powder and make decoction of it and have it at least once a day till your problem is solved.
