Why when blow my nose I feel momentary light headedness?

I am diabetic since 1997, male, 66 years, slight blood pressure, fasting sugar 170, pp 200, weight 58 kg, height 5'4"

Check for sinusitis

Thanks. But, I do not have sinusitis.There must be some other reason.

If you are sure of free of sinusitis, the Blood pressure may be checked. Evev tnough you have diabetes that reuires treatment, the causes for light headedness may be due to sinusitis, or high /Low BP. The sugar in you requires to be got reduced for your health upkeep.

Thank you so much. Other related problem I face is that when suddenly turning, I feel the same momentary light headedness.

Why not rule out a nuero problem. Consult a nuero physician/surgeon.
