Do not take fruit at all. No soya please. The milk should be full fat milk that too 100 grams per serving. No protin powder. VCO during morning with raw coffee or tea.Avoid millet .Take pure atta with 25% channa atta. Take 3omg diamicron 10 minutes before lunch. Take vegsoup only in the night. In the lunch add some pure ghee/butter.Try for 10 days. Take low carb vegetables such as bottle gourd, cauliflower, cabbage, mushroom, jukini, lady finger, palak etc.I hope it will work. Thanks
Madam I do not take fruits.I had read in some place that fructose sugar is worst than real sugar. So I do not take. I have also not tested for this in my accucheck strips. Now I have made my own food plate by counting carb. But you please try with out fruits. It is a fact that metabolic assimilation of carb vary from person to person. So one has to try to standardise the plate with one time cheating where ever inevitable. Thanks
yes . I had taken mangoes per day two to three numbers with out any adverse effects .But you are correct in your expression that it varies from person to person .

It is not for a day or two . It is consistently for 4 months .But I am not on your diet and not on the allopathic medication.Ours are organic fruits got from our trees with out any pesticides , artificial ripening and storing .This year we had bumper crop .
In fact I felt more energy after this mango intake . But my over all consumption of food usually is with in 1500 sometime is less also . I don't eat sweets , cakes , pastries , or other items of junk food .I don't even take any extra food on other days also like functions , festivals , outings , visits to relatives etc
I don't know exactly but over the years i CAME TO KNOW any change , I mean internal change , which warns me .But i tell my patients also not to go for regular check on daily or weekly basis . Suffice to go once in 3 months .Homeopathy medicines ' needs are a bit different . In fact when a new medicine in high potency is given sugar levels go up which gives a wrong picture . Mine is not a commercial practice and my patients have utmost faith on the system . So they follow what I tell them with out questions . But I have to admit they are very few .
I take 800 gms of seasonal fruits ( 8 to 10 types) for breakfast, and a low carb diet ( with some fat- no milk) for lunch and dinner. In the last 2 years I have brought down my Hbaic from 7.6 to 5.9 and also reduced my weight and also diabetic tablets from 3 mg Glimepride to 1.5mg per day. Exercise is just some walking. I am 71 years old.
So the misconception that fruit causes visceral fat does not hold good in all cases .Mine also can be called low fat diet in the sense , I take 120 gms carb per day with 25 gms proteins and some 15 gms of fat per day . It is not a calculated as such but reduced consumption of food . The rest all fruits , dates , nuts etc .I do pranayama for 20 minutes and some asanas . I don' t go for walks. This 120 gms is cereals , 25 gms is pulses , 15 gms is oil wghich I exactly use for my share . In the same ratio , I cook for the opther members of the family . The calorie intake would be approximately 1500 per day .I take only homeopathy medicines . ONCE IN A WEEK , i TAKE vIT B12 CAPS .
Though there are conflicting ideas and recurrent wars over that food , any discussion with out any reference to that concept , remains incomplete.
Reduce vco to one table spoon and see the difference .Have you consulted any Ayurvedic doctor before going to that diet because different set of rules for different forms of diet . Ayurveda has so many pathyams .
Your number will not come down just by not eating Carb. The reason being, your liver dumps more insulin to maintain Glucose level. The liver is like your own personal ATM machine, when it senses that your blood sugar is
too low it "dumps" some glucose into your system to raise the numbers.
So in many ways this is a good thing, and your liver is your friend. This happens to
everyone to some extent, even people who aren't diabetic if they go too long
without food.
The problem with many people with diabetes is that their liver is way too helpful.
It's as though it's over-active and doesn't wait until your blood sugar gets to 50 or
below. The ideal way to control is to go on LCHF so that all excess storage of your liver is normalized and it stop dumping when it does not have to unless you are going into hypo. So eating less Carb, but adding on to more Fat and maintaning an average protein will get you to that stage.
Thanks for your response. Following is my view to manage liver dumping at night time, as it happens for normal eating at night time and in the morning results into "dawn Phenomenon":
1 & 4. Do not eat Carb at night time or eat very little. Rather eat little protein, some fat and veggies.
2 & 3 . Do not eat many supplements at night except prescribed Metformin and that also late at night before sleep.
5. As Mr. Patahnk suggested go for evening walk after dinner, make it a little brisk not a leisurely walk.
1 Generally Doctors prescribed multivitamin tablets and any vitamins and other supplements to be taken night. some of them also day and night.
2 The diabetic tablets to be taken day and night also Sulfunalurea tablets alsoprescribed for night time
3 Even Ayurvedic system also tablets or lehya to betaken day and night also.
4 To avoid these things can you please share the diabetic persons f vetarians to maintain liver dumps and also to mange blood sugar level in normal value.
I eat two chacolates of 14 gms each two per day . THREE COFFEES OF 100 ML PER DAY , 4 dates per day AND REST FROM THE CARBS HIDDEN IN VEGETABLES AND FRUITS.i DON'T GO FOR DAY TO DAY CALCULATIONS OF CALORIES . CAME TO AN ESTIMATE OF APPROXIMATE CALORIC VALUES , i HAVE DECIDED THE QUANTITIES And qualities of food .
