Never need to take medicine if you do not use carbohydrate in your diet. Blood glucose automatically maintains due to lack of carbohydrate.

Be Alert Listen carefully if you are not allowed carbohydrate in your diet you never feel diabetic.you take only protein and fats in limited amount and enjoy your life without any tension. Non veg can take 2 eggs and 400 grams chicken and some salad one fruit mosambi in the morning and same you can repeat in the dinner and enjoy your life without diabetes. Vegetarian can take one bowl pulse (dal) some salad of cucumber tomato onion garlic and ginger and bhunja chana and one fruit that is mosambi you can also repeat same for dinner if you do so you never feel diabetes. Because carbohydrate increases more blood glucose in the blood so that you feel diabetic if you do so the gland will take rest and try to rejuvenate again and again after some times pancreas will be in a position to secrete more insulin for your glucose to convert into energy and you makes it feel healthy and active and also be potent for sexual ability or performance. In this way you can control your diabetes easily. In case of egg if you have cholesterol you do not take yellow part of egg take only white part that is real protein. and enjoy freely.
