pls tell in diabetes milk should b totally avoided or one cup is ok ? is it ok to take milk with HALDI or milk with DALCHINI ??or safe with some other combination?

Hungcurd is a process by which entire water (whey) is drained from the curd. When it is completely drained, we have hung curd or chakka.
