need solution after eating sweet/cake

Dear All

pls tell..in some unavoidable situation v need to eat sweet or cake where v r not able to say no..so after eating this what to do so that it will affect minimum on our bs..any solution ...pls give ur opinion..thanx..Ahmed

This is like i eat poison and how do i get it out. Dont eat ...if u have control on ur bs, u dont crave for anything sugary.

Eat a very small portion when you go to functions. Little poison now and then is good.

Mr.Ahmed it is not advisable so fast thing to avoid it, and minimize it as far as possible and in case of minimum intake also you should not sit immediately or lay down for sleep you have to walk or do some physical activity not less than 1 hour and which should secrete toils from your body So definitely not in AC environment.
