iam bijaya 2 yrs when i check frist time my fasting 233 after food 440 hb1c 8.5 after 3 monts later i checked now fasting 95 after food 180 hb1c 6.4 iam using metofine 500 mg 1 time

Every one talking LCHF in this forum unfortunately I not understand what is this.

Dear friend it is initial period.Check with food style .Switch to LCHF and leave medicine if required. Monitor properly. Thanks
