Can you please provide details of ingradients ? Generally these types of combination are intermediate acting. That is why you get hypo at 11AM. You need to change insulin as well as dose. Please contact your diabetologist.

Insulin reaches blood 2-6 hours after injection . Peaks 4-14 hours .

Hello, I had similar sugar and I started with yoga and simple weight exercise and now my sugar is fasting 84 and after breakfast 140, if you like I can suggest you you tube where u can get this exercise.thanks
