My doctor has said my problem is (GTPS) Grater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome and has given a list of exercise. I have tried it before. September 2018 my left knee collapsed while standing, the problem got bad after that. Sitting and standing is the big problem and now tuning fork no response, what next?
I am seeing the diabetic nurse in January, may a referral to a specialist?
I am going through pain in
(a) Left heel in the mornings.
(b) left upper foot
(c) Around 5 pm in the afternoon, the both feet are very very cold. I bundle with 2 woolen socks to manage. When I brought this up to my Doc, he mentioned it could be 'Cold Intolerance'.
On Insulin injection 12 units daily with metformin 500 mg in the mornings.
Also 1 praddin 1mg.
May be all the above sickness are due to diabetes.
I think the bad cold weather hurts us a lot.
We are going through freezing and cold for most part.
Scheduled an appointment with Endocronologist next week - with the numbers of HbA1C.

Great inputs from all.
Rgds,
Thanks Sandy.
I went through 2 surgeries back to back, one for Thyroid and another for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
I am currently on Therapy visits to get over the hand problem.
My next appointment with Endo is on 19th with HbA1c.
I will provide my feed back.
She wanted me to go on Victoza (per last visit).
I dont know how good / or bad it is to take that.
Will let you know once I am done with the Doctor office visit.
