What is LCHF diet? I am aged 69 having 130"s (FS) and 180s after Lunch. I am taking TRIBET1, and walk for an Hour daily. My weight is around 89 kgs and height is 5'10". I want to stop allopathic medicines and go for Natural medicines. I have reduced Salt and Sugar intake. Can you suggest something.

LCHF is a low carb, high fat diet. Many people believe that lowering your carb intake lowers your blood sugar. I am one of them. There are sites on facebook to get instructions/support.
Whatever you decide to do, please discuss with your doctor. Best of luck.
