Start taking amla juice with pinch of turmeric every morning every night it is amrut for diabetics...

There is a good remedy to decrease sugar here it is -
Take
100g Fenugreek seed powder
100g tamal patra powder
150g jamun powder
250g bel patra powder (mahadev ko chadhaye Jane wale patte)
150g amla powder
100g punarnava powder.
100 g ashavagandha powder
Mix these powders carefully for 15-30 minutes...
Take powder 10-20 g in morning before Taking breafast... Or before every time you take food.. For best results take powder 30min before with lukewarm water everytime you take food...
If you can't reach it everytime you take food atleast take it twice a day... And it will show miracles in just 7 days believe me... Don't stop taking amla juice with turmeric...
These remedies helped me to decrease insulin dosage to 50-60%..
Somedays i used to skip dosages...
And if you taking oral meds stop... That's a different story I will post it later on.....
Iam not here to. Compete with LCHF or long wheat or any other remedies you can use all of them together and will get better results...

It's not good enough to post an unproven and home made recipe and put it out here 'which will make your sugar levels normal'. This will just encourage people who don't want to change their diet or lifestyle to carry on a s normal.
If you have out of control blood sugar it is because you have been hammering your endocrine system with refined carbohydrate until it collapsed. The most effective recourse is to give nature a chance by changing the carbohydrate to generally those that are green and grow above ground.
Unless you have clinical data to support your assertion you recipe 'which will make your sugar levels normal' is nothing but dangerous anecdote and wizardry.
Hi Mike, Its good to see some one who argues based on a scientific bent of mind. But then also, we had the whole world taken for a spin for 50 long years, built corporates, made zillions of dollars, only to reverse their findings. Just like that!!. What about the folks who had to undergo the trauma all these years??. Read on . . . Sadly not much has gone into research on ayurveda. It is not backed by the corporates/MNC's. Amla promotes internal alkalinity and turmeric has circumin which is anti inflammatory. So you will get some benefits from the amla juice with turmeric but I wouldn't essentially call "amrut for diabetis".
Fenugreek and jamun seed powder are known to have anti diabetic properties. Ashvagandha helps with stress and amla powder is antaacid. "Tamal patra" in Marathi is "bay leaves" in English, not sure what effect they will have in those quantities. Don't know what the punarnava and bel patra powders will do. I see the recipe has some ingredients that are antidiabetic so one might benefit from it.
I wouldn't go as far as calling it wizardry but I agree with MilkePollard to the extent that one should not dole this out as a "remedy that makes sugar levels normal".
Personally I am in favor of using different "pathies" as long as they work in harmony. Ayurved has some good medicines but one has to be cautious in using ayurvedic meds. Just because they are made from natural plants and ingredients doesn;t mean they are safe to take or suitable for everybody. Several allopathic medicines were created by synthetically producing the key chemicals from plant based medicines. There are dangers of a person overdosing on similar ingredients from taking allopathic and ayurvedic medicines together without proper knowledge/ supervision.
Well I don't have any scientific proof about my remedy but I used it and it works it Can decrease sugar levels by 50-80 and I don't know how they did it...and will regulate your stress, emotions nicely it may or may not work for all people I don't want to throw any remedy n you don't have to question any remedy without even trying it... I just shared what I did... If you don't want to do it then atelest don't kick it....
Sorry, if you have no scientific proof then you have no proof and your claims are nothing more than anecdote and come under the heading of 'I don't know much about art, but I know what I like!
