Not exactly but more or less. Heart attack doesn't leave any physical scar. While stroke leaves physical scar in form of visual disturbance,speech problems,paralysis or paresis of one half of body or one limb and so on and so forth.

There are few things where I find hard to agree with you. For example,you said removing one kidney, half's filtering capacity. It is far from truth. One healthy kidney is enough for our needs. And as such any diet cut is not required. I am sorry to contradict .

Again I do not agree. Heart attack doesn't mean disabled life. One can lead perfectly normal life after even few heart attacks, depending upon your will.
