Liver of any animal these days are viewed suspiciously as it accumulates toxins and chemicals.

Hi, animal liver, fish nd bone broths is very much part of lchf. Only concern is animals also are fed vth fertilized fodder that accumulates in their liver. As long as you get organic meats it would be great for you. Thnks

Absolutely! Very healthy, ignore claims it has toxins. All organ meats are extremely nutritional and healthy. The liver is the highest in vitamin k2 and it's wonderful for inhibiting CVD by insuring blood calcium leeched from your bones when making new blood to return to the bone. Much of CVD is caused from excess calcium in your blood that occurs from the natural process of making new blood cells from the bone marrow.
