Yes, very true .When heated the oil loose its properties looking into the way of Indian cooking. They are making fool of public. Even canola is rape seed oil a cheap oil being sold at double the price. consume only sarson oil or grount nut oil,the basic indian oils in moderate quantity.

By far good vegetable oil for cooking is ground nut oil - unrefined.. It has very high smoke point and produces very less trans fats after heating... rest other 'healthy refined oils' as claimed by companies are just 'unhealthy'...
