Please note that extra vco is cold pressed,also very limited quantity is to be taken. High fat specially saturated is injurious to health if carbohydrate is not sufficiently low.

Hope i can start with 1 teaspoon to begin with.. Have decreased my Carb intake.. so i hope there should not be any issue .. I normally wont take any other fat except wild salmon fish oil and 200 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid

Saturated fat is not injurious to health., It is proven that, it was a wrong stupid belief. Saturated means, stable. Means, saturated fat never turn to trans fat or rancid and protect body from aging.
