Dried fruit in general are sugar bombs much more easily over consumed than eating fruit in it's natural state.

Thanks Anup.. Can i take Almonds, walnuts and pistachio nuts , does these nuts have fructose and are they bad for uric acid..

Almondsand walnuts are said to control glucose but the fresh fruits more glucose,however if taken moderately they are good,especially apples,strawberry,jamans beries plus citrus fruits

apart from fruits there is a best vegetable called BATHUA , for uric acid ,its juice is tasteless ,and have been tried by several people with success to get rid of ankle./ heal pains due to uric acid .
