which dry fruits and nuts can a moderate diabetic can take? in how many servings and at what quantity and with which combinations it can be taken . will not they increase cholesterol levels

Badam seeds are good. It increases your good cholesterol, (HDL) and decreases your bad cholesterol (LDL). It will be good if you soak a few badam seeds in water for a few hours and eat it, daily.

No, you need not. But you can drink methi seeds (Fenugreek) soaked water, when soaked overnight.

hi almonds and walnuts can be taken but not in dry condition it can be taken only after overnight soaking in water this is good for immune system and cholesterol control, one more thing can be take like alovera gel and l arginen

you can soak the badam over night and have it early morning along with soak water

You may soak 6-8 badam in water overnight and should take badam and not soaked water.

Your BS will go up at the prices the dry fruits are selling, these days. There is no need for a diabetic to have dry fruits or fruits. You will get all the nutrients from the normal low carbohydrate meals.
