Better to avoid Mango, Melons, Banana, Pineapple, Grapes, Chikku, Jack fuit. Small bananas (not fully ripe) which are available in South India are okay to have.

Best to have are - Apple, Papay, Guava, Musambi, Orange and Jamuns.

Other than Jamuns, try to limit fruit consumption to 100 gms/day. Good amount of Jamuns can be taken (even as a substitute to one of the food items).

Hope this helps.

Your pre lunch bs level is high and most importantly your post lunch bs level is also very high indeed. I would suggest you to approach your diabetic doctor as soon as possible and fix the correct dose of medicine. Guava (not the ripe one) is very good for diabetes and you can consume it after lunch.Besides, on a recent survey it is revealed that banana is having several benefits and a diabetic patient can eat it in small or moderate amount. Based on my observations vis-a-vis going through several literatures on internet and also observing several patients including my family members that every individual responds differently to same types of medicines and fruits which is really amazing. So, after correctly fixing your diabetic medicine dose, check your bs levels with different kinds of foods and fruits intakes as suggested through several opinions with the help of a Glucometer and then find the results which will enable to decide as to which fruits suit you best.
