Will eggs fried raise cholesterol...?. How many eggs can be consumed per day.

Most of the cholesterol in the body is produced by the liver, it is poorly absorbed by the gut and is 'no longer a nutrient of concern':

Eat as many as you like cooked how you like, but avoid frying in seed oils.

To stay in the carb range, would 1 chapati/parantha in lunch and 1 in dinner be within limits ?

I eat Eggs twice a week without the Yellow portion.

I do feel that even if you take yellow ,it will be o.k if one

takes within limit.

Egg yoke or yellow. Needed for long term bone and joint health. So better take it.
