Afraid of Cholesterol (butter etc)?

For those whose with T2 diabetes whose blood sugar is still out of control, you might be puzzled as to why; after all you are following your doctor's advice and the government guidelines.

Is it that you are still afraid of eggs, butter, cheese? Do you prefer man made seed oils and processed foods because they taste better? I doubt it. But if that is your focus, and you believe low fat, sugar filled yoghurt is your saviour, then you need to challenge your thinking.
