Can one take LW roti instead of LWMR? Anyone experimenting with that? Does it have same effect?

Yes it works. But I ate rotis after using LMDMR for 6 months.

U ate roti of long wheat during my b shifts only.

Maybe LW roti is ok for some, but, for me, when I tried, it was like ordinary wheat. No difference. Hence, I take only LW whole cooked, add cooked green gram, with coconut scrapping. My sugar FBS and PPBS results are lower than before.
