Long wheat
It is an old variety of wheat - the sort that used to be grown before Monsanto etc managed to make short stemmed plants (that has a massive yield and withstands thunderstorms, heavy heads and wind damage). It is probably (marginally) better nutritionally than GM varieties, but if you are looking to it as a miracle cure for diabetes, good luck. Flour from long wheat is refined carbohydrate and refined carbohydrate turns to glucose and floods the body with insulin, both the worst enemy of the T2 diabetic.

Bhasathy I think you are ayurvedic Doctor So can you clearly explained why FBS is higher than PPBS Aso if wetakenayurvedic medicine like hyponid Nishamalaki Madumardan etc there is no result found it may chances of excess reading also.
So you can explainwether these medicines help to produce the insulininthe body or toavoid the insulin resistance of the body.
In myopinion if FBSshger rate it may be
1 Excess of food consume in yesterday night
2 if very low food consuming and it became hypo at one time in night and liver dumpcauses , the liverdumps the glucogan and insulin produced in the body to maintain the level ofBlood sugar. In this process it may be excess insulin produced it may be the causes .
So how you can avoid these things in which medicine youwill prescribed ?
So generally diet is the main reason and other facts are next side level.
So can youshare the detaildiet plan for vegetarian and non vegetarian
This is my opinion . As a Doctor please share your medivcal opinion about the liver dump or FBS is more than PPBS

oh yes. Long back. But i'm not in NK. I tested in the morning and before dinner. No ketones in urine. Neither glucose. Believe me i'm grain free for about a month and on what you call fail concept calorie deficit diet. I must be taking around 800-1000 calories in a day. But i'm a sedentary worker. My bcf 26% as you calculated. But i'm reasonably energetic. Feel hot inside as if some fire is there inside. Losing weight mostly because of gettin rid of edema. I don't know at what stage shall i start burning my body fats. But can we know if our NK is due to burning of body fats or the fats of lc**? is there any way?

but what about glucagon, cortisol and other hormones. They are all controlled by negative feed back mechanism. Also the easiest source is glycoen which can shoot up glucose level. But i don't think neoglucogenesis would be so quick and so uncontrolled as to overshoot bs.

I have today ordered berberine hcl. It's said to control fbs. Mimicks the action of metformin. Will be deliverd in 15 days. Till then i'm reversing my diet pattern. That's from tomorrow my dinner wound be my bf and nuts in the evening. Let's see what happens.

Can you please tell me what would be better - berberine hcl caps or drops? Although i have ordered caps i'd like to know. Also where shall i get tr barberine drops and what dosage ?

but that doesn't answer my q. As we take lc** diet we are for sure going to burn dietary fats and that also will produce ketone bodies. Fine then we would know, by getting ketone in urine that our body has adapted to the change in the fuel. But how would i know that i'm burning my endogenous fats. That is what i want. Initial weight loss is because of loss of edema fluid. I'm sure about that but at what stage would my weight loss be due to burning of fat that is my q. But well i think that is not very important because weight loss would improve IR.
@anup but he says no ketons in urine....he is almost grainless.... so from where he is getting carbs??? if he is burning fats as fuel he should get ketons...

once again repeating my daily diet.
Morning : medicines, bitter gourd juice, overnight soaked fenugreek, nuts - 8almonds + 12 pistachio +few peanuts, half cup turmeric milk + 15ml cow ghee and 15-20 ml coconad. Jamun vinegar in lemonade with cinnamon. This i finish between 8.30 to 10am.
Half cup tea made with amul gold at 3pm.
Get home by 8.30 pm. Take metformin 1gm and turmeric milk half cup with 10 ml cow ghee and coconad each. Also soaked fenugreek. Take jamun vinegar 10ml in lemonade with cinnamon half an hour later just before dinner . In dinner if legumes made with coconad just half bowl with evoo as dressing. If veg then a small roti of jav + chana dal + flex seed + almond flour. Also salad if available.Half an hour later isapgul followed by one tsf powder made of fenugreek, ajwain and kali jeeri ( black bitter cummins).
Twice daily handful of flex seed roasted with fennels.
I don't feel hungry really. From today i have reversed my diet schedule. At 10am i ate sprouted moong and at 3 pm my bs 105. So rbs reading today is good. Also i'm adding ivy gourd - tindi raw in my schedule from today.

Tell me where am i wrong. I think i'm taking around 50g or less. Not taking grains and legumes too just half a bowl. And total one cup milk say around 150 ml counting at a higher side.
