Great, but was your score stable at about 280 for four weeks before June 15 or was it already on the decline?

Bshndepatil11:

Then full marks to LWMDR is legitimately justified. Hope you soon become free of drugs. Thanks.

What is lwmdr? Any medicine? And the dosage? How many long wheat rotis should be taken per day? I am a diabetic patient for the last 25 years. My bs level is 121 fasting and 123 pp. And my hba1c is 6.8 which is very high. Please help.

LWMDR is nit a medicine, per say. It is a diet & some food restrictions formulated by me based on some ancient knowledge when my cardiologist prescribed Amaryl tab way back in 2006. Much details are available here as well as at the Appropedia.org site. If you have any specific questions, you may ask.

I responded because many other members who all the datails of it did not bother to answer your query during the last five months.
