LONG WHEAT
As I know, Long wheat is nothing but Samba wheat in full wheat form. It is available in big supermarket like Nilgiris. I buy from Nilgiris only.
In this regard please refer various information provided by Shooter George in this forum.
The long wheat is known as JAO.It is a type of grain.The beer drink is also made from it.This grain can be purchased from any grossery/grain shop.It is whitish in colour and resembles with rice covered with outer shell known as"dhaan"

I have purchased from Nilgiris and contacted GM who informed that the long wheat they sell is Emmer origin. I had the first taste of it yesterday. I have to check BS today. Can i contact you for doubt regarding the full day regimen..Regards and request you add me in your prayer.

07 - 08 E glide or Tread mill-in JIM--30 to 40 mts
By 08 30 AM Milk Protein drink -150 ml
11 30AM- Soaked for 8 hours -Boiled-cooked and mashed 60 grams with boiled vegetable , curd, raw carrot and Tomato in curd,soup etc along with LWMDR
01 to 03 PM sleep or rest
03-04 PM:Snacks such as NUTS, and /or Apple and tea after an hour green tea or ginger tea -some times with Nutri choice biscuits
06-07 PM E glide or Tread mill-in JIM--30 to 40 mts
07 30 PM- Soaked for 8 hours -Boiled-cooked and mashed 60 grams with boiled vegetable , curd, raw carrot and Tomato in curd,soup etc along with LWMDR with out salt
As suggested by you i take the water after boiling with buttermilk
Rest of the time personal work or with PC
Normally 10 30 PM to 06 30 AM sleep.
Do you suggest any change or is this ok.
Time out is permitted some times? - chappathi -or Idly 3 Nos with chutney and / or vegetables or soup
By and large avoid sweet and root vegetable to a greater extent oil stuff

Thanks for the details. I think you have to discontinue Apples (or any sweet fruit) & biscuits. Both these will cancel out the effect of Long Wheat Mash. The medicine that our body extracts or prepares from LongWheatMash is not POWERFUL like tablets or injected Insulin.
Measure the blood or urine sugar at 2 hours after meals (PPBS) regularly & inform me to assess the progress.
Though i started about a week backk i am on complete diet for two days only. I think i should take a blood test after a week. With medicine i now feel thatmy foot is gaining power though i have burning sensation. chillness is coming down in my foot, but the fingers are having burning sensation. should iprove in a week.There are symptoms of weight is not swinging, but, weight is likely to come down. In fact i want to loose about 3 or 4 kgs which was difficult. around 71-72 for 172 cms.- your age To protect my strength i take protein in milk -150 200 ml -in the morning by 08 30 after JIM work out for about 40 Mts. Nowadays i do not take break fat.b but directly take LWMDR by 11 30 AM with boiledvegetable preperation with no or very little salt ( Veg meant for DM patients)and mostly nothing up to 3 or 4 PM- Green Tea or Ginger Tea at 4 PM.Is this ok.
