Millets are like rice, wheat etc.Only difference is we eat whole grains when we eat millets. For example,in rice,we remove the outer covering before it is cooked. In ragi, jowar, bajra and other millets the whole grain is made into flour for cooking. From nutritional point of view, they are better than rice and normal wheat. They have nothing to do with LCHF diet.
