My husband is having a sugar for 5 years he is putting insulin two times a day any cure for diabetes pls inform me its age is 29

Need not worry.I caught diabetics in the age of 27.Now I am 60 there is no problems till today.But only thing we have to live in world understanding by our self that

I am a diabetic and take food and insulin accordingly.My blood sugar should kept below 100 in fasting and RBS must be 150.No body can cure this diabetics.May be

change ur dosage as per ur age. A continues monitoring is very important.Other wise

I got Diabetes at the age of 29 and I am now 67. I am also on Insulin started after 15 years into diabetes. Earlier, I was on oral tablets only.

Now, what is the type... Both of you should not worry about this and this can increase the sugar level. First thing to do is to buy a Glucose Meter and start monitoring. If he takes Sugar in any form, he should stop that. Consult a good Doctor and not a general physician. Where do you live and what are his sugar levels.. How many units of Insulin...what type of Insulin... Does he take any tablet for Sugar. When you submit a query, it will be better to have all details.

take 4 meal in a day at break of 2.5 hours. (total diet calories <1200/day).

use more vegetable n fruites(like apple ,orange)

walk 45 minute exerciser or walk in morning a evening

provide fasting and postprandial level to assess control of diabetes
