Long wheat mash working out very good

Thanks to Mr shooter George and my friends and colleagues who suggested and motivated to use this diet for diabetes and in preview of this I would like to tell that in week span of time my pre and post sugar levels has been reduced to 40 and 27 points.

Its good for health .

It will depend on your size & intake habit.

There is a proverb in my place, meaning: ANYTHING IN EXCESS IS HARMFUL.

From my personal experience, an empirical formula (or thumb rule) has been specified for LWMDR; 1 gram of dry LW per kilogram of body weight for breakfast & same quantity for supper. Try to follow that.
