आप Syzygium jambolanum ले सबसे बेस्ट और आजमाई हुई है। दिन में तीन बार आधे कप पानी में मिला कर।

Aaaj 22 dinonke baad, mera pratidin 40 unit Insulin jo main leta tha, complete bandh hogaya hain. Aur 2 kisam ke goli kha raha tha jo ab ek type goli le raha hoon aur woh bhi 3 goli ke jagah sifr ek goli.
