Good morning, did you know that a healthy lifestyle ca possitively impact your condition, even stabilize it? I will gladly send you FREE info, just send an email to healthdynamics101@gmail.com
thank you for this info...Have you completely stopped the carbohdrates like Rice and if so, where do we get energy from! Can we reduce the intake instead!
For a diabetic 150gm protein is not recommended. It will affect BS control. BS will spike late and 2hr testing will not show anything.
On low carb diet 150gm fat is not going to cause any problems.
Already the talk is about calorie consumption for whole day. Nobody will eat 150gm protein at one go and 150gm for whole day is still high even with combination with carb and fat.
RDA for protein is 0.8 to 1gm/kg of weight. Diabetics should eat less than that.
I maintain my carb intake around 100-120gm. I don't count protein and fat. What I see is that I feel satiated and try to maintain energy level.
Large part of my carbs consumption is for BF. For BF 3-4 days a week I take beans (moong/rajma/moth beans) and 2-3 days something made from long wheat. Lunch and dinner is always subjis and salads.
In addition I add paneer, VCO, VOO, grated coconut in food preparations.
Roasted peanut/peanut powder is on daily menu.
