I suffer with numbness when I stand for 3 to 4 mts..I am unable to walk even 50 mtrs. I take pregalin X 75.Is it a right medicine.?Is there any other medicine for it.? How long I have to take the medicine.?

Get your lumbosacral spine investigated. Consult a neurologist or orthopaedician.

First of all you have to bring down your blood sugar levels both fasting and pp as well as A1C to reasonably good levels. If your numbness is due to diabetics triggered petephetal neurpathy, it will be controlled. If your problems still continues, rule out other causes such as prolapsed intervertebral discs or any other non diabetic paths.

I myself have this problem due to disc prolapse years before I developed diabetes.

If you suggest name of vitamin & supplements i will be highly obliged . At present I am taking Alpha lipoic acid, biotin, calcium & potassium. Whether I'm right?
