What the ratio of carb /protein/fat in the body ? How carb only effects the Blood sugar level and also what the ratio of insulin % carbohydrate required carbohydrate digest completely within 2 hours
Carb contain in the body is very less than 500 gms It is in the form of glycogen stored in the liver it may be utilised in the emergency cases of the body ?
1 Further carb consuming in vegetarians mostly in India an also some of Asia countries .
2 The consuming carbohydrate is different from person to persons it may be 100 gms from LCHF blogs and other blogs fixed it is 45- 50 % of daily consuming portion .
3 Carbohydrate digested very quickly in the body so its storage in the body is less whatever we may consume less quantity of carb is stored in the body in the form of glycogen it is in the liver.?
it may be released from the liver when the body is at emergency condition ?
4 So in the diabetes person carb is not only the problem to increase the BS level but also insulin is the main causes ?
5 Non digested portions of either carb or protein or fat may be stored in the body and it became the causes of over w or obesity it may also caused insulin inefficiency in flowing through the body

per day in 3 meals or portions of food maybe in different hours
7 Further some thing knows that in fat visceral fat and subcontaneous fat if any of them is beyond the normalit also affects the diabetes
