I am 46 years old and am diabetic since 14 years. I am on insulin (55 units), glimepride 4 mg & voglibose 0.2, still sugar level is fasting 265. Also taking 40-45 minutes walk. Diet also under control. Why my sugar level is not coming down? Pl advice if any remedy to bring down sugar.

With out reducing your insulin sots and medicine switch to LCHF diet for a week.Start counting your BS at least FBS daily. You will notice that BS is coming down in LCHF diet.Slight reduce the drug dependence in a slow phase wise. Please do that and post your readings in this forum. Thanks.
