1)Is there any impact due to fever on the blood sugar, be it FBS or PPBS?

Got it. Do we have to reduce the food intake during fever as mostly taking rest and not having any physical activity.

Agreed, but certain drugs eg. Tetracycline , reduce blood sugar.

It will be good to monitor sugar levels at times of fever as there is always deviation from normal food pattern. This is the reason, during hospitalisation, they switch over to Insulin.
