My fasting sugar 107 And pp is 147 Seems i need to control to avoide diabetes so what should take in morning



i come to know my fasting is 107 And 147 pp I took idle with sambar so idle sambar is recommended in morning i need to avoide to diabetic,still i was in pre diabetic stage

Reduce your portion sizes of rice, potatoes, root vegetables (each of which will spike your blood glucose), dried beans, peas and lentils (which though slower released, are still high in carbohydrate). You can add nuts (not peanuts), avocado, coconut, butter, ghee, or full-fat cheese for example, sufficient to maintain your weight (or reduce weight if you need to).
