Regarding Usages of Long wheat.

Dear Shooter George, can U explain me how to use LW, whether we may use this food for whole day,what are the other foods we took with this,recommended vegetables, fruits,whether coffee tea may take. Use wheat mixed with (black chana,joen,and bajra),make chapaties,these are best and available in market.In other words it may be called course grain.

Hi Mr. George,

Sorry for not being regular on this forum as I was out of station frequently. Yes, I am eating Long Wheat Dosas in the morning and night (Long Wheat + Chana dal or black gram dal + 1 tsp of methi seeds). I am eating this regularly to maintain my sugar levels at normal. Unfortunately, I have been off this regime very frequently as I was out of station on duty and could not eat Long Wheat recipes. But I am able to keep my HbA1c at 6 now from 6.2 (2 months ago).

Now, as 'chakreshjain' suggested, I am also trying Long Wheat warm water along with meals in the morning and lunch. For the last 3-4 months I have been eating normal meals with Long Wheat Dosas (when ever I am at home) and one tablet of metasens-500 a day. I will be off from this out station duty in a month, after that I may be completely on Long Wheat regime.

And its good to see you back on this forum, how is your health? Keep going.
