I have been suffering from diabetes quite a while from now (7-9 years), i have tried bittergoud juice in morning, even tried Dr. Almedia solutions for 2 weeks , but nothing happened. some videos said fatty acids are the main reasons, and many more but no solution.

Finally i had a injury which was not healing went to doctor and was on insulin and tablets (glimulin 1 mf, nerve od).

Frustrated but still i take it, i tried but couldnt control my eating habits and no excerise, now slowly i have started walking after dinner for 15 to 20 minutes reduced rice intake in night and afternoon no rice only roti and vegetable (bhaji any type) Morning walk for 15-20 minutes in park , lets see if it brings down the sugar level and the wound gets healed. ....

Check HbA1c level to verify whether you are controlling your blood glucose level satisfactorily.

Insulin C-peptide is a blood test that measures the amount of C-peptide, a breakdown product that is created when the hormone insulin is produced and released. A low level (or no insulin C-peptide) indicates that your pancreas is producing little or no insulin.

A patient whose diabetes has been controlled with diet or an oral antidiabetic agent for longer than several months generally has type 2 diabetes. A lean patient who has had diabetes since childhood, who has always been dependent on insulin, or who has a history of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) almost certainly has type 1 diabetes.
