am a diabetice type 2 i have a sevior pain in shoulder neurologist dont find liknk to neurology but gp says its neuropathy wht shall i do

Hallo, I am diabetic, I experienced shoulder pain.I cannot lift my arm above my head. While bathing, applying soap on my back was painfull and purchased brush with long handle.This is due to uncontrolled diabetic. Pl go to diabetalogist, check thoroughly and go for walking for one hr daily, take food 6times instead of 3times, Medication is a must.I had treatment physitherapy
