I reproduce and share the information as I read since I have no knowledge about red wine and the use of it.
I read in The Hindu on 21st issue, that Re... - Diabetes India
I read in The Hindu on 21st issue, that Red Wine contains resveratrol which helps to lower blood sugar and LDL, the bad cholesterol.
Yes, red wine contains resveratrol and yes, resvsratrol helps lower blood sugar and LDL, the bad cholesterol. Read Dr, Bernstein or Dr David Perlmutter.
One can also read " What on Earth Can I Eat ?" by Alan Shanley. He is a type 2 diabetic whose blood sugar is now in control. He drinks 2 or 3 glasses of red wine daily. But, that doesn't mean it will work for everyone.
Cheers !!
What do you mean by Large Fluffy LDL?
what do you mean by red wine ? Either it is whisky , wine ,rum or brandy ?
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_wine
If you are not an alcoholic no need to start red wine now. However if you want to switch over to red wine from other hot drinks like whiskey or rum, yes you may.but better limit it to two pegs.anyway better consult your physician before u want to start anything new.
To consult when doctor??? Is there any genuine one. All are illinformative and do not keep the corret/latest information. They all go by the medical reps and the wight of money/gifts they get from them. Don't believe any doctor fully. OF course there are exceptions. Better you not start any alcoholic preparations for any treatment,
