We are not used to apple vinegar.If some one reports any positive personal experience on this,will be grateful.

Anti-diabetic pill is a better choice than apple cider vinegar.

MR. NITINS, I DID NOT WANT OTHERS TO TRY AND PROVE IT. JUST I WANTED TO KNOW ANYBODY DOING THAT AND THE RESULT. READ THE QUESTION PERCEPTIVELY. I SHALL TRY AND LET YOU KNOW THE RESULT.

This is correct. It should be tried first and the result known. Only then the efficacy of it can be proved.

Don't take risk itried all way all pathy medicines as my opinion allopathy is good

AFAIK, in small quantities, not supposed to be harmful & is even said to be beneficial for diabetes.
